Frequently asked questions
How does pricing work?
Each plan is a flat monthly fee covering everyone on it — up to 3 on Content + SEO Pro, 5 on Content + SEO Premium, 10 on Marketing Suite. There is no per-user charge; when your team outgrows a plan you move up a tier. Marketing Plus is priced per engagement with no user limit.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 7 days, on the full Marketing Suite feature set, so you can evaluate every module rather than a cut-down sandbox. You choose one SEO domain to run it against. A few limits are lower during the trial (competitor tracking is capped at 3), and you can move to any plan at the end.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
Yes. You set up a payment method — card, UPI Autopay, or bank e-mandate — before the trial begins, along with your billing details. Nothing is charged during the trial: the first payment is scheduled for the day it ends, so you have the full 7 days to decide.
Can I add more SEO domains or LinkedIn pages later?
Every self-serve plan includes 1 SEO domain, and Marketing Plus includes 3. LinkedIn pages start on Marketing Suite — see the comparison table for what each plan includes. Extra domains and pages are arranged case by case: talk to us and we will quote for your setup, and Marketing Plus customers negotiate inclusions directly.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is 20% off twelve months at the monthly rate, charged once upfront, and is available on all three self-serve plans — use the monthly/annual switch above to see each plan's price and what a year saves. Monthly and annual are the only cadences we offer. Marketing Plus is quoted per engagement.
What payment methods do you support?
Payments run through Razorpay in INR. A subscription mandate can be set up on a card, UPI Autopay, or a bank e-mandate, and one-off invoices can be settled through the same Razorpay checkout.
Are the prices inclusive of GST?
No. Every price on this page is exclusive of GST. 18% GST is applicable on all Veritas subscriptions and is added to your invoice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Write to support and we will cancel your subscription from our side. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep access until then.
Where is data stored?
Data is stored in our managed cloud with database-level tenant isolation: each tenant gets its own database and its own knowledge graph, rather than shared tables filtered by an ID.
