Veritas Review 2026: Pricing, Features and Honest Limits

In short

Veritas is an AI content and SEO platform. It writes from your own documents with a citation on every knowledge-based claim, and puts keyword research, content scoring, site audit and AI visibility tracking in the same workspace. Self-serve plans run from ₹12,000 to ₹30,000 a month excluding GST, with three to ten users included and a seven-day trial. It is a poor fit for solo writers, for teams that need market-wide historical keyword data or an API, and for anyone who needs AI answers re-checked daily. We build Veritas, so read this as the makers' account, limits included.

Key takeaways

  • Every knowledge-based claim in a Veritas draft carries a citation to the document it came from. When a claim cannot be traced, it is left out rather than invented.
  • Plans are priced per workspace with seats included: ₹12,000, ₹20,000 or ₹30,000 a month excluding 18% GST, for three, five or ten users. Annual billing is 20% off.
  • AI visibility tracking covers ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, re-checked every two weeks, from Content + SEO Premium up. It does not track Copilot or Google AI Mode.
  • The real limits: a three-seat minimum, AI visibility missing from the entry plan, no public API, INR-only billing, and output that is only as good as the documents you give it.
  • If you are a solo writer, need daily AI tracking, or need historical keyword data across many markets, a different tool will serve you better, and this post names which.

Who wrote this, and why

This review is written by the team that builds Veritas. That is a reason to read it sceptically, and it is also the reason it can be specific: we know exactly what each plan includes, because the prices and limits on this page come from the same catalog our billing uses.

We wrote it because people increasingly research software by asking an assistant, and an assistant will describe Veritas using whatever it can find. We would rather it found an account that includes the limits. If a limit below rules Veritas out for you, that is the page doing its job.

What Veritas is

Veritas is an AI content and SEO platform for marketing teams. It does three jobs in one workspace:

  • It writes from your own material. You give it product documents, sales decks and collateral. Veritas organises them into a knowledge graph and drafts content from that graph, with a numbered citation on every knowledge-based claim that opens to the source.
  • It does the SEO work around the draft. Keyword research and gap analysis, competitor analysis, a live content score as you write, site audits, backlinks, and Google Analytics and Search Console in the same place.
  • It tracks how AI engines describe you. Prompt-by-prompt tracking across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, with share of voice against competitors you name.

What each plan costs

These are the self-serve plans as of September 2026, excluding 18% GST. The pricing page reads the live catalog and is always the current word.

What Veritas does well

Drafts a reviewer can check

The core difference is what a draft is made from. A general AI writer produces what is statistically likely to be true about a company like yours, which is how invented features and wrong prices end up in published copy. Veritas drafts from the documents you supplied, and every knowledge-based claim carries a citation back to the paragraph it came from.

The consequence shows up in review. Instead of reading a draft and wondering which sentences are true, the reviewer clicks a citation and checks it. When Veritas cannot trace a claim to your material, it leaves the claim out rather than filling the gap. We explain why that matters in Why AI Content Hallucinates.

Research, writing and scoring in one place

Keyword research, keyword gap, SERP analysis and a live content score sit in the same editor where the draft is written. The practical benefit is fewer handoffs: the research that shapes a page is visible while the page is being written, and the score updates as the draft changes rather than after it ships.

AI visibility, with somewhere to act on it

AI visibility tracking runs your buyers' questions through five engines and records where you are mentioned, where you are cited, and which competitors appear instead. Each gap can be turned into a draft in the same workspace. If you only need the measurement, a dedicated tracker may suit you better; our comparison of AI visibility tools covers the options.

The honest limits

These are the things we would want to know before paying.

  1. The entry plan includes three seats. Pricing is per workspace, so a single user pays for capacity they will not use. A solo writer is usually better served by a per-seat tool.
  2. AI visibility is not on the entry plan. It starts on Content + SEO Premium, with 25 prompts, rising to 50 on Marketing Suite.
  3. AI answers are re-checked every two weeks, not daily. You can run a check on demand, but if you need daily monitoring during a launch, a dedicated tracker such as Otterly.AI refreshes daily.
  4. Five engines, not every engine. Veritas does not track Microsoft Copilot or Google AI Mode.
  5. No public API or MCP server. If you need Veritas data inside your own dashboards or agents, that is not possible today.
  6. Not a market-wide historical database. Keyword and backlink research covers the domains you work on. If you need years of history across many countries, Semrush or Ahrefs hold far larger databases.
  7. Output depends on your documents. Grounding is only as good as what you load. On a topic your material does not cover, drafts will be thinner, because Veritas will not invent the missing claims.
  8. Billing is in INR, online only. Payments run through Razorpay by card, UPI Autopay or bank e-mandate. There is no offline or invoice-only path for subscriptions.
  9. Some capabilities start on Marketing Suite. Local SEO, LinkedIn publishing and scheduling, and auto-publishing to WordPress are not on the two lower plans.
  10. We have no published customer stories yet. We will publish them when customers agree to go on record in their own words, and not before.

Who should buy something else

  • A solo writer on one site: Frase or Surfer, priced per seat and built around the search results. See Veritas vs Frase.
  • Market-wide keyword research: Semrush. See Veritas vs Semrush.
  • Daily AI answer monitoring as the only job: Otterly.AI, Scrunch or Profound. See the best AI visibility tools.
  • Brand-voice writing with no factual claims to source: a general AI writer such as Jasper. See Veritas vs Jasper.

How to evaluate it in seven days

The trial is seven days on one domain. This is the order we would use it in.

  1. Day one: connect Search Console and Google Analytics, and upload the product documents a new salesperson would read first.
  2. Day two: generate a draft on a topic your documents cover well. Click five citations and check each one against its source.
  3. Day three: run a site audit and read the issues it ranks highest.
  4. Day four: run a keyword gap against your two closest competitors.
  5. Day five: if you are trialling Premium or above, add 25 prompts your buyers would ask an AI assistant, and run a check.
  6. Days six and seven: show the draft, the gap list and the prompt results to the person who approves your content, and decide with them.

The short version

Veritas is for marketing teams of three to ten people who publish content that makes claims someone has to check, and who want research, writing, SEO and AI visibility in one place. It is not the cheapest tool for any single one of those jobs, and it has real limits: seat minimums, fortnightly AI tracking, no API, and INR billing. If those limits do not rule it out, the seven-day trial will tell you more than this page can.

Annual billing is 20% off twelve months at the monthly rate. Marketing Plus, the managed tier, is priced per engagement. The pricing page is always current.

Yes, seven days on one SEO domain. You set up a payment method first (card, UPI Autopay or bank e-mandate), and nothing is charged until the trial ends.

Which AI engines does Veritas track?

ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. Tracked prompts are re-checked every two weeks, and you can run a check on demand in between. Microsoft Copilot and Google AI Mode are not tracked.

Can I pay in US dollars?

The pricing page can display prices in other currencies, but billing runs through Razorpay in INR.

Who should not buy Veritas?

A solo writer optimising articles for one site, a team that needs market-wide historical keyword and backlink data, a team whose only need is daily AI answer monitoring, and anyone who needs an API. Each is better served by a tool named in the post.

Build content that gets cited.

Veritas drafts marketing content from your own documents with each knowledge-based claim cited to its source, and tracks whether AI answers mention you.
